Overview

This lidar dataset was collected as part of an NCALM Seed grant for Edward Williams at the University of Maryland. This dataset was collected to help search for the topographic expression of lava tubes in a region where they are particularly abundant, the Lava Beds National Monument (LBNM) in California.

Platform: Airborne Lidar

Survey Area: 57 km²

Raster Resolution: 0.5 meter
