OT Collection Name: Monitoring Tree Water Stress, CA 2025
Short Name: CA25_Allen
Collection Platform: Airborne Lidar
This lidar dataset was collected as part of an NCALM Seed grant for Jean Allen at the California State University, Santa Barbara. This lidar collection was used to quantify Leaf Area Index, and combined with hyperspectral data, quantify the ongoing changes in canopy architecture and oak mortality that has occurred at the Dangermond and Sedgwick Reserves since 2018.
Dataset Acknowledgement: Lidar data acquisition and processing completed by the National Center for Airborne Laser Mapping (NCALM). NCALM funding provided by NSF's Division of Earth Sciences, Instrumentation and Facilities Program. EAR-2324629
