This data set was provided to the NOAA Office for Coastal Management (OCM) by the Suwannee River Water Management (SRWMD) for inclusion in the Digital Coast. No metadata or lidar report were provided with the data, so this metadata record was created by OCM using information gleaned from the data and from discussion with SRWMD. A total of 120 tiles were produced for this project that covers portions of Lafayette and Taylor Counties in Florida. Dates of collection are Dec 10, 11, 2015 and Dec 15, 2016. The data are classified as follows: 1-Unclassified, 2-Ground, 7-Low Noise, 9-Water, 10-Ignored Ground due to breakline proximity. In addition to the lidar point data, bare earth Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) at a 2.5 ft grid spacing, created from the lidar point data are also available from the NOAA Digital Coast. A link to these data is provided in the URL section of this metadata record. The breaklines were also provided and are available for download at the link provided in the URL section of this metadata record. Please note that this product has not been reviewed by the NOAA Office for Coastal Management (OCM) and any conclusions drawn from the analysis of this information are not the responsibility of NOAA or OCM. This data set is an LAZ (compressed LAS) format file containing LIDAR point cloud data.
