Original Product: Classified LAS 1.4 files covering private forested Areas of Interest (AOI) in central Oregon. Original Geographic Extent: This dataset and derived products encompass an area covering approximately 947 square miles located in Jefferson and Wheeler Counties, Oregon. Original Dataset Description: Lidar flight line swaths were processed to create 3,148 classified files delineated in 3000ft x 3000ft tiles. Each LAS file contains Lidar point information which has been calibrated, controlled, and classified. Data was adjusted to ground using 19 surveyed ground control locations. Conditions at time of acquisition: free of snow, smoke, fog and cloud cover. This data was provided to the NOAA Office for Coastal Management (OCM) by DOGAMI (Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries), for the purpose of making the data publicly available for custom and bulk downloads from the NOAA Digital Coast Data Access Viewer. This data set contains point cloud data(' in LAZ (compressed LAS) format', ''). The data may have been reprojected or otherwise modified from the original data in an automated process. Disregard projection information in this abstract and refer to the spatial reference section.
