Point cloud and temperature map of Sierra Negra Volcano (Isla Isabela, Galápagos Archipelago, Ecuador). Coverage includes two vents from Fissure 1 of the June 26, 2018 eruption of Sierra Negra and lava flows sourced from these vents. Point cloud created using Agisoft Metashape (v.1.6.1), temperature map created with additional processing in Matlab and ArcGIS. This data is used in the manuscript “Mapping and classification of volcanic deposits using multi-sensor Unoccupied Aerial Systems”, currently under review at Remote Sensing of Environment. Images taken on October 22, 2018 using a DJI Zenmuse XT thermal camera on a DJI Matrice 210 UAS. 474 total images (available upon request)
