The data was captured in order to provide surface, vegetation and intensity information to be used in coastal management. The final LAS dataset has been processed to Level 2 of the ICSM Lidar Specification. Several derivative products have then been produced from the orthometric corrected laser surface. Dataset Acknowledgement: The Coastal Urban Digital Elevation Modelling in High Priority Regions (UDEM) project involved acquiring, processing and providing whole of government access to high resolution elevation data for priority coastal areas of Australia. It has closed the gap between existing land and sea datasets. The UDEM project has also developed and made available a range of information products to assist decision-makers (government, business and industry, and communities) to plan for the impacts of climate change.
