Collection Overview: A 2018 pre-event digital elevation model with 1.5 m postings was generated from 40 cm resolution stereo digital imagery collected by Hexagon Inc.  The aerial images were captured from July 22, 2018 to September 1, 2018.  A process called semi global matching (Gehrke et al., 2012) was applied to the imagery to automatically generate a DEM.  OpenTopography is providing access to the point cloud derived from the DEM.
