This study uses lidar data to characterize hillslope and river network properties to understand how rainstorm and snowmelt runoff drive large floods, erosion, and the long-term evolution of landscapes. The survey area is located northwest of Colorado Springs, CO and covers approximately 557 km2.Publications associated with this dataset can be found at NCALM's Data Tracking Center Dataset Acknowledgement: Lidar data acquisition and processing completed by the National Center for Airborne Laser Mapping (NCALM).
