The data collection was performed by the Center for Imaging Science at <a href='http:\/\/www.cis.rit.edu\/' target='_blank'>Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT)<\/a> and <a href='http:\/\/www.kucerainternational.com\/' target='_blank'>Kucera International<\/a> under sub-contract to <a href='http:\/\/www.imagecatinc.com\/' target='_blank'>ImageCat, Inc.<\/a>, and funded by the <a href='https:\/\/www.gfdrr.org' target='_blank'>Global Facility for Disaster Recovery and Recovery (GFDRR)<\/a> hosted at the <a href='http:\/\/www.worldbank.org' target='_blank'>World Bank<\/a>.
